Best Phone System Ever by Digivoice

Your phone bill should be one number, and it should be the same every month.

Flat-rate business phone service at $22 a phone. Every feature turned on, no contract, and your numbers ported in about a week. Built and supported by the people who run the platform.

A real person picks up. That is, admittedly, a low bar in this industry.

Drag to your phone count. The comparison prices are the competitors' published list rates for a plan that includes roughly what we include, billed annually — which is their best case, not their typical invoice.

When you ask us for a quote, you get a PDF with a per-phone rate, a monthly total, and the tax estimate. That document is what you'll be billed.

Who's on it

Hospitality

Front desk, housekeeping, and guest rooms on one system, with PMS wake-up calls and room status that actually post back.

Multi-location franchises

Three hundred locations under one dial plan. Transfer between stores by extension, route overflow to whoever's open.

Offices and trades

Dispatch that follows the crew to the truck, and a receptionist who can see who's on a call before transferring.

Digivoice has been running hosted phone systems since 2021, on infrastructure we own and code we maintain.

Switching, start to finish

  1. 1

    You send us a bill

One recent invoice from your current provider. That tells us what numbers you own, who really owns them, and what you're being charged for.

  2. 2

We build it before we cut over

Your dial plan, greetings, and call flows go up on a system that's live and testable while your old service keeps running. Nothing moves until you've called into it yourself.

  3. 3

    Phones ship configured

They arrive with your extensions already on them. Plug into the network, and the buttons are labeled with your people's names.

  4. 4

Numbers port on a date you pick

Usually seven to ten business days out, on a weekday morning you choose. We stay on the phone through the cutover window.

Most businesses are fully cut over within two weeks of saying yes. Nobody misses a call.

Questions people actually ask

What does it actually cost?

$22 per phone per month, and the number on your quote is the number we work to keep on your invoice. We don't do per-feature pricing. We do Taxes and government-mandated fees appear where they're required, passed through at what we remit rather than marked up. No activation fee, no minimum.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. If you buy phones outright they're yours, so leaving means porting your numbers out — which we'll process without a fight or a fee. We'd rather keep you because the service is good.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Yes, including main lines, direct dials, fax lines, and toll-free. Porting is free and we handle the paperwork. The only numbers that can't move are ones your current provider assigned as system-only extensions, and we'll flag those up front.

What happens when the internet goes down?

Calls fail over to a mobile number, a second location, or an answering service — you pick, ahead of time. Because the system lives in our data centers rather than a box in your closet, your callers hear a normal phone experience instead of a busy signal.

Do I have to buy new phones?

Usually not. Most Yealink, Polycom, Grandstream, and Cisco SPA sets from the last decade will provision straight onto our platform. Send us the model numbers and we'll tell you honestly what's worth keeping.

Who am I calling when something breaks?

Us. Digivoice runs its own platform — about 250 phone systems across the country — and support is staffed by the engineers who build and maintain it. There is no tier-one script.

Send us your last phone bill.

We'll read it, tell you what you're being charged for that you don't use, and send back a flat number. If we can't beat your bill we'll say so — that happens, and it's a faster conversation for both of us.
